Pumping your Septic Tank

The Riverside Country Health Department recommends that a residential septic tank be pump each 3 years.  However, some tanks should be pumped more often, some less often.  Please refer to Maintenance Suggestions

Pumping your Septic Tank is like changing your oil filter.  It removes those solids that don't break down naturally (lints, greases, etc.).  Unless these solids are pumped from your tank, they will leach downsteam and cause pre-mature failure of your leaching system.

Some Preventative Maintenance of your system will extend the life of your system dramatically.
